zero
I've seen many late-model 21 foot Toyota RVs in Europe, Africa, Australia, etc with single-rear wheels. I got interested in how it's done so I got some Toyota cab& chassis books for coach-builders for over-seas. In the 2004 Toyota Cab & Chassis Hilux coach-builders manual it shows this. A semi-floating rear pretty much the same as Tacomas use here in the USA. Single rear tires with 195R-14C or 205/70-14C. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of 6,325 lbs. in Tailand with rear tires (single) at 65 PSI. Front tires at 35 PSI. In Europe - same tires but a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of 6.094 lbs. again with single tires in back. In Australia - same tires but a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of 6.204 lbs. again with single tires in back. The semi-floating rear axle itself has a max rating of 3,850 lbs. in Australia, Europe, Africa, and Tailand. That's with single 195R-14C tires @ 44 PSI or 205/70-14C single tires @ 48 PSI.
