Bob C
Am I missing something or does this do the same thing as the $60 (Camping World, http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/parallel-cables-and-30-amp-rv-adapter-kit/63712) parallel kit made by Honda. The speakers said something about a $400 part, am I looking at the wrong thing?
Derek up North
I guess the difference between a 'cable' and a 'kit'. "Parallel Kits and Cables Using a special cable or kit, you can link two EU1000i, two EU2000i, two EU3000i Handi™, or two EU3000is generators together to get as much as double the output." http://powerequipment.honda.com/generators/generator-parallel-capability It looks like the 'cord' will work for 2 x 1000w but the 'kit' would be better if you have 2 x 2000w. But since I don't own a single Honda generator, ... I guess if someone can afford to buy 2 Honda 2000w, an extra $200 - $400 is chump change! Maineah
The cables kind of fascinate me 2 grand for two generators plus the cable why not buy one generator large enough to do the job like one Yamaha 2.6K? Two generators to fuel and change oil in two to carry I just don't get it.
