BillF
The vehicle is a '91 Odessey, with 50,000 miles. (Yep - it sits a lot!) One air bag is torn, so I don't add air. A mechanic suggested that I should be very leary of carrying weight without good bags. Is this true, false, or are there other factors in the decision to spend money on this? Thanks, Bill
Derek up North
That look to be a double convoluted air spring as would be supplied with the Firestone 1130 or 2115 kit. Individual springs can be bought (around $100 ea., last time I looked). Driving with the 'good' one empty risks damaging it.

I have a toyota dolphin 1990 . one air bag has a slow leak. do you know if they were manufactured with air bags or is it an add on? I replaced both of mine which were dry rotted. waiter
Sestone; Check your connections and tubes. I have an 88, the bags were OK but the tubes were dry and brittle. I replaced the tubes and fixtures for about $30, The bags have been holding 60 psi now for about 6 months. John Mc 88 Dolphin 4 auto
