george101 Posted August 4, 2011 Share Posted August 4, 2011 Hi y'all, I was wondering if anyone on this forum might know of a junkyard with Toyota Chinook parts. I am looking for the metal gas filler piece for a 78 Chinook. It's that part where you directly insert the gas nossle. Mine has a hole in it and it's letting out gas fumes. Thanks!! Galvanized Knight Posted August 6, 2011 Share Posted August 6, 2011 george101. I'll check later today but I believe that the stock filler mount on the pickups are re used on the Chinook. Chinooks ( at least the pop top version ) just use a longer piece of hose between the filler and tank. I ll look at my 83 pickup today and compare it against my Chinook and re post. Yeah, but I would be interested to see what your comparison seems to come up with.
