Allen
This is a link that a fellow RVer told us about when we were at in the Anza-Borrego State Park, in California earlier this year, http://www.casinocamper.com/ . Basically, you can stay overnight complimentary at many Casinos in their parking lot. So our last trip, during our kid's spring break a couple weeks ago, we stayed overnight at the Stratosphere Casino in Las Vegas on our way to both Zion and Bryce National Parks. On the way back home, we stayed overnight at Terrible's Primm Valley Casino Resort's parking lot. To show our appreciation, we either shop or dine at these establishments. One word about the Stratosphere Casino, they offer a SkyJump ride, where people jump and free fall from the Stratoshpere's tower (equivalent to the 108th floor). So as long as the screams do not bother you until they close (1-2AM), staying there is fine. I would post some pictures; however, it appears that one cannot attach files for this forum. Allen
This "Links of Interest" forum does not allow one to add attachments. I usually post in "Engines - Transmissions . . ." and it allows one to add attachments, where I attach pictures.
Allen
Here is an update to my original 4/28/11 post. When we stayed at Terrible's Primm Valley Casino Resort on the return trip home, I snapped a picture in their parking lot. I later submitted the picture to Motorhome Magazine (http://www.motorhome...From-the-Road-/), since they want motorhome themed travel related photos. To my surprise when I opened up our Nov. 2011 issue, there it was, our 1985 Sunrader on the inside back cover. So submit your Toy MH pictures and let's get some more Toy MHs in there! Typically you only see new 30-40 foot MHs. Note: If your photo is selected, then you also receive $50!
