jpyzik Posted June 9, 2009 Share Posted June 9, 2009 Any ideas on what to use to replace the rusted out metal battery compartment. I understand that it needs to be isolated from the inside environment due to the off gassing while charging and use. My old compartment was rusted out in my 1986 Sunradersince the guy that installed the battery door decided to put screws under the door frame leading to seal failure.
