TOYOTA 22 R-E 4 Cylinder

I’m sad to have to part with the Blue Marlin after only having it in possession for less than a year. Our main vehicle couldn’t pass inspection which forced us to buy a new car, so I’m having to depart with this beauty much earlier than I’d like for that reason. This is truly a sweet, well preserved ride and a rare motorhome. If you have been looking for a Toyota model, this is the one! This engine is bullet proof and can be fixed by anyone with how simple the design is. I have not seen one with this low of mileage in a very long time. If you know these engines you know they will keep running for years. I've seen lots of possible interesting customizing on these legends. I've even seen some people use these as small living spaces only, or rental. This ride is truly sweet and full of lots of possibilities!

- Repairs & history folder of receipts & information dating back to 2002

- Many instruction manuals of vehicle, parts & appliances included. Even some nice RV tips & camper information books included!

- Minor rust issues typical of Northeast vehicles, but well preserved for the last 10 years from previous owner who would old only drive it in the off winter season, averaging 500 miles a year, and paid to keep it well stored away from the weather conditions. She also kept rodent repellents & traps around the storage to address that issue as well.

- I replaced the battery last month (5/23)

I also sealed around the top exterior central hood vent last summer that had a minor water leak. Tested this spring, and no leaks now

- Made in 1987, so the rear axle issue is not a problem

- Clean title and registration

- Automatic transmission

- 22R engine (Rebuilt in 2007)

- Secondary battery for interior, and long charge cable

- Custom curtains & drawers included if you'd like

- Passed inspection last June. Paperwork provided

- Plate tags are expired

Interior:
- Mostly the all original fixtures kept
- Bathroom in original condition
- All original appliances kept
- Sony CD player with remote access (nice for when hanging out in the back)

Exterior:
- Resealed hood vent
- Nice extended cover tarp with rotating arm, and posts to for shaded awning right outside the vehicle. (See photos for the location above the doorway)
- Compact model fits in a standard parking spot

Appliances:
- Removed gas stove tank and sealed the mounting hole. The tank is included & should work fine, but just haven’t reinstalled it since the previous owner removed it.

Overall history of repairs based on history folder:
sink faucet, toilet valve, plumbing fittings, various cables, brake hose, rotors, pads, battery terminal, rear brake shoes, wheel cylinders, spring kit, prone regulator, and more (these were a few of repairs I was able to research).
2021: Lines spray checked - all connections, replaced rubber line, and resealed - “tested good”, new front & rear vents

Quirks & not working:
- Windshield wiper fluid does not work, but wipers do.

- Refrigerator does not work, and had been looked into by previous owner repair person. Could possibly be fixed and I have the notes on what was looked into. I just use an ice bag and it does the trick to keep it really cold.

- The engine takes about 15-20 minutes of warming up / driving to shift out of 2nd gear. After that it runs smoother, meaning not higher RPMs while driving. I've never had an issue with it, nor the previous owner of 10 years.

- I have the keys to all the exterior panels, but one doesn’t seem to want to open. Could be an easy change out, or may not be necessary to access it depending on your use for it all

- Secondary lower passenger mirror cracked and missing a little glass
