turtle
All motor homes require maintenance to prevent leaks. Every 5-7 years you need to pull all windows, vents, stack covers, marker lights, side trim, and anything else that goes over a hole (for electric wiring etc) or over a panel joint or seam. The old putty tape needs to be cleaned off the roof/side and the fixture. New putty tape needs to be applied and the fixture re-installed. Roof top AC units use a gasket not putty tape but the 5-7 years applies to replacing this gasket also. This is just part of owning a motor home. On any motor home you purchase just consider that you will have to re-seal everything. When not in use any motor home should be stored inside a building, under a carport, or under a motor home cover to protect it from rain/snow/sun I keep one of mine inside a building http://www.toymike.com/toyhouse/DONE.jpg And the other under a motor home cover http://www.toymike.com/diesel/pics/dieselCovered.jpg
