ZOOTENVAL Posted August 9, 2020 Share Posted August 9, 2020 We looked at a 1984 4 speed yesterday...ready to make an offer until I sat in the driver's seat...I'm 6'4", and I honestly could not see myself trying to drive a 4 speed for 30 minutes much less a full day...just too cramped...anyone out there with height issues sucessfully modify the drivers seat for any more room? 86Dolphino Posted August 17, 2020 Share Posted August 17, 2020 i went to pik n pull here in Sparks, NV and found seats out of a early 90 Toyota Celica. they are like brand new and they are a lower profile seat. and with a little muscle they fit in without modifications. also what a lot of people don't know is seats from pik n pull are cheap, anything with foam is cheap because if they don't sell it they have to pay big bucks to recycle it.
