Chinook1977 Posted May 10, 2008 Share Posted May 10, 2008 Hello, I really want to paint my chinook camper but am on a tight budget. I was looking for any ideas on how to do a low budget paint job. I have heard of using Tremclad rust paint thinned with mineral spirits using a roller. The results looked pretty good. Does anyone know how it would go on fiberglass? What should I do do prep the camper shell? Wash and dry it? Sand it? Any ideas would be helpful as Im never painted fiberglass before. Thanks for you time!
