Hi Everybody -

I've looked everywhere online, and cannot find out where to find parts to repair my couch so that it will fold out to a bed. There are no hinges on my 'new' '91 model 900 Dolphin. It looks like there was some kind of hinge setup that was removed. Totally lost..... any ideas ?

thanks,

Mike

I maybe all wrong on this but are you doing it right? My couch made into a larger bed by flipping the back rest over the bottom.

I have a 92 warrior and the hinges are made onto a metal frame under the couch.I took a few pics.but cant get a good view. The first is couch up.The second is couch down and the others is a look under the couch at the hinge and frame.Good luck hope this helps.

I have a 1993 Dolphin 900, my couch makes a bed by lifting the bottom cushion (the sitting area) and pulling it out toward the center of the aisle. the back cushion will slide down and make a flat sleeping surface. I have looked under my couch at the mechanism that allows this coordinated movement and cannot see any hinges that could be removed. If part of the mechanism was removed the whole system would be disfunctional.

Tomorrow in the daylight I will look at the unit closely and see if I can find a manufacturers name, that might help you find parts.
