I have another question about the o/d controls. I got info that I should find the E17 ground splice and solder it as a remedy for the o/d kicking on and off and sometimes not engaging at all. The only symptom I was experiencing other than the malfunction was a clicking under the dash , probably coming from the trans relay. Actually the clicking has stopped but the o/d isn't kicking in at all. I replaced the relay but no change. I found a crimped splice connecting 2 smaller black wires to a heavier black wire in the wire bundle just to the rear of the battery tray on the passenger side.
