I wanted an impact wrench so I wouldn’t have to struggle with the rusty bolts. I didn’t want to be in a situation where I couldn’t remove a part. Now I’m questioning if I should even start this project.

Is it ok to have all sides on jack stands or do I have to just work on one side at a time?

returned the jack from harbor freight. Found this on Craig’s list for $50. Let’s try this again!

That’s exactly what it did right out of the box, jacked up the front end half way then falls down. I added fluid and now the handle just keeps spinning without getting tight.

The instructions said to top it off and it wouldn’t even jack up my Corolla at first.

How much did it cost? I’m considering going there.

With that technique would I just screw thru the existing screw holes? What do you think about trying to put bolts thru the existing screw holes at an angle and hoping they hold?

It’s for sure rotted, I just don’t care to replace anything right now. I came across the other post with the strap and glue technique and thought maybe glue would hold it up.

Would the 1985 escaper use these same parts? What about the front suspension?

cab over is sagging on one side. WME made a suggestion on a different post about the fiber glass siding (see link below). Would the same technique work to hold the cab over sag?

They are under the sink cabinets in between the hot water heater and shower room. The sink water lines are coming from the top into those lines you are seeing. The pictures I just posted are in order. After the part that is broken the lines go into the wall of the shower room. I will have to take a look on the outside and take more pics.

Thanks for the inspiration. I welcome all input and opinions. Please do not hesitate to post what you think, it’s impossible to offend me, but will always cause me to over think.
