  1. I have to do this to my 1991 warrior . Do you have to remove the Sofa. Or are you getting you daughter to crawl under LOL Mine is at the outside wall between the water tank and the wheel well.
  2. Hi There. Well on the weekend I got my water system working. Had to clean out the burner on the heater but all is good except. I noticed water around the water pump carpet.. I can't see any water coming from any of joints. Could it be the pump? How do you get to it with the chesterfield in the way? We are heading out tomorrow for our maiden voyage to a National park that has no hookups. So kind of need the water system. I'm going to put at shut off valve coming out of the tank so it can't drain when we aren't using it to keep the floor as dry as possible .
  3. I see that there is another on 2562065030 or from Standard part EGV870 that says it will work. ( same place Linda Mentioned) I think I will buy the buy pass kit for now (Cheap fix for now if I need it) and put a watch on ebay or something.I will try and clean it again.
  4. Well I got a email back from the supplier in Japan Linda. They don't have the part anymore either. Discontinued. I have a valid air clean for 2 years so I may be fine because then it will be 30years and may not won't need it anymore. I wonder what the difference is between the 2562065011 and the 2562065022 are. They are both for the 3zve engine
  5. If you use the bypass kit for the EGR I'm gathering it won't pass the emission test ? I guess the EGR is different because of it being a 1 ton. I sent a inquiry to that company in Japan. and it came back as mail box full. So I have created a account and inquired a different way. See what I get back. Is there any good products for cleaning the EGR out there?
  6. I'm going on a short 3 day trip next week. When I get back I will try and clean it again before I order one. does anyone know of a good product to use? Linda the link you sent me would be approx $300 shipped + duty
  7. i just got my 1991 Toyota Winnebago back from the dealer for the head gasket recall. Well it was there I had them do the timing belt, water pump, valve adjusted ( shims replaced), plugs, wires and thermostat. When I got it back my EGR valve started sticking so the dealer tried to clean ( so they say) but I'm still having a issue. I need to tap the top of it when it sticks. I looked around for a replacement but they are telling me that the part is discontinued. 25620-65022 Does anyone know of a replacement part?
  8. is this the stuff you are using
  9. When you fill your propane tank, I gather that you go to the car propane fill up pump and just pay by the gallon/ liter
  10. What did you use to get the old ones off. I need to do the same.
  11. That 's the place I got my info from. What a variety of PSI settings Maybe I will back it off to 45psi on the way back from my trip and see if there is a difference . The first time I drove it on the highway seem a little mussy at the 38psi setting ( could be how they are ). But since then I have added air into the rear air bags. They were low for the recommend pressure by the manufacture. So that could have made a difference too.
  12. Thanks Derek. My wife was worried about going to a no service park. I said to her that why we got a RV with everything's in it . LOL I did change all the bulbs to LED too. My Next adventure before we leave is to go through the water system. Make sure everything works. So you may see a few more posts
  13. Hi There. I'm going on my first trip at the end of the month. The national park doesn't have any hookup's. So we will be running on propane and battery. My question is If I start with a full tank of propane will it last me 3 day's to run the fridge and a little cooking on the stove top. I will have a BBQ I was looking at the Extend-A-Stay kits but they look to long to install between the regulator and the tank . Not enough space and solid pipe coming off the regulator. I do have a 40watt solar panel that I can use for the battery which will be new.
  14. I picked up a 14 x 14 air conditioning seal. will try to install it next week. I would like to remove the unit, clean it up on the grd also clean the roof up under it and re apply another coat or 2 of rubber roof paint.
  15. Hi There I have noticed in this thread people are using different PSI pressure in there tires. My Manual shows 50 psi for my 1991 Toyota Winnebago. So that what I have put in them. They had about 38psi when I got the RV. Should I be running less? Going on our first trip at the end of the month so I want to have everything setup before we leave. Thanks Paul
  16. Does anyone know if the built in propane tanks have to be re certified? I live in Ontario Canada. I believe the hook up is the same as a car. My RV came with the tank full so haven't tried to get it filled yet.
  17. I did notice what looked like some small holes when I was lap sealing the seams and put a dab on the ones I could see. I thought maybe they were from the roof rack they had on it. I do have a tarp on the roof now as I haven't completed the resealing the whole roof.
  18. Thanks everyone for your Information. I found some Cool Seal on sale for $8.93 a quart. Going to pick some up today. Having some issues finding a AC seal. Does anyone know the size of seal I need.

  20. thanks Great links. I should probably just buy a new gasket,. remove the AC unit clean it on the ground, clean the roof area and reinstall it.
  21. Hi I'm new to the site and Toyota Rving. I just picked up a 1991 Toyota Winnebago Warrior. It was only used to travel from Toronto to Florida for last 20 years. So the Interior is great some fading of the decals and a little roof work. It also came with all the receipts for 20 years. I'm just going around every seam in the roof and resealing them with the Dicor lap sealer (a little slow but getting there) and caulking all the seams front to back. Then I need to wash the roof. My question is the roof top air conditioner is not sitting flat on the roof see picture. Should it be? I didn't want to mess with it unless I had to. It doesn't seem to leak but doesn't look right. Also as you can see in the picture the metal roof is showing. They must have had a roof rack or something on it. The rest of the roof seems to have a painted rubber on it. Does anyone know what kind it is so i can paint this section.
