I just did a complete tune up including new wires belts and timing chains and water pump and I am only getting 13 1/2 to 14 mpg at 60 mph

I had a electrician chek the wires and make sure mine were all attached. he made sure all were connected and then I tried to start it but would not start. starter kept trying to start but no gas seemed to be getting to the generator. I then had him disconnect the remote and tried to start, still same problem it would turn over strongly but not start. I finally gave up and was lucky enough to make an appointment with a rv dealer 25 mile away for a sat morng appt. I hope they can kix it as there is only about a month before putting it away for the winter. thanks again for your help and advice. dkwct

I have a 1990 conquest mmh by gulfstream and I seem to have a problem with the remote switch. The generator will start if I use the starter switch on the generator but if I try using the remote it will not turn over but if I start it outside I can stop it using the remote. any ideas on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated thank you for your help in advance. the genset is a 2.8kw onan dkwct

I am having 4new tires installed on my 1990 conquest MHz. I have been reading the posts on tire pressure and torque. I would like to verify that my assumptions are correct. tire pressure 60 in the rear 55 in the front. torque 150 in the rear 75 in th front. the reason I am asking is I have had 2 blowouts in the last 2weeks on the rear inside tires. I replaced the two front tires 2 weeks ago and I am doing 4 rears tomorrow. thank you for all the information I have read on this site. dkwct

I wold like to know if anyone out there can tell me what might be wrong with my ect Ctrl button in my 1990 conquest lights up when I push it in but as soon as I release it the light goes out and it does not seem to have any effect on the transmission. thanks for any info you can supply Dkwct a newbie
