Thanks for the diagram John I needed that. Right now nothing works(as far as the blower motor), but I have not been able to check to volts at the fuse. I will have time to check that Thursday and we will see.

The motor works there was not much in the way of leaves and such in the housing. The resister is behind the motor on the firewall is it easy to get too? how do I know if its bad or not? thanks brent

84 Mrv and the blower motor for the a/c and heat will not come on. fuse is good(behind the glove box) the relay is good(also behind the glove box), and I pulled the motor and connected it to a 12v source and it worked fine. what am I missing? Thanks brent

The 84 rv is running and the wife and kids have had two nights of camping aleady, but I have no idea how anything works on the rv(heater main a/c, electrical etc.) is there anyone in denevr that could show me around the toyota rv? Brent Ingham

Hello all. I have a 84 22r and the carb is gone. Do I rebuild it or go for the Weber swap? What's the best kit for the Weber, and if I go that way and does it hurt the reliability? Thanks brent

It is alive! The idles still high, but I drove it around yesterday and it runs great. Thanks for everyone help and I am sure as I learn and drive her more I'll have more questions(can I swap 22ret with a five speed? I live in Denver and want to go up the hills). But first I just want to use it for the summer and take the kids and wife camping. Again thanks for the help Brent

Thanks I know where it is now, and I just upped the idle a little and she is good(except for the high idle). Thanks I am looking for a cut off as we speak. brent

Where is the fuel cutoff solenoid located and what does it look like? Thanks brent

No one can spell now a days(we do not have to the computer does it) So as far as I can tell no vacuum leak. My next plan is to test the fuel cut off switch and I will let you know what happens. The truck run great(smooth and sound good) so I leaning toward something like a fuel cutoff, or should I replace the distributor? Could it keep the 22r from idling? Thanks brent

I just read about the fuel cut solenoid and I'll try the carb cleaner and covering the carb with my hand on the 4th and we will see what happens. Thanks for the help brent

Could a broken vacuum hose keep it from idling? It does run very well if you have just a little pedal, I didn't even look at any of the vacuum lines. Does any one have a good picture of a 22r carb and the vacuum lines? The only carbs I've worked on are simple holley 2300's for my scout. Thanks brent

Ok so I got the used ign/module and she fired right up(not bad shes been sitting for over five years) sounds and runs good, but she will not idle. Once you take your foot off the gas she would just die. I did not replace the distributure or the emishions ecu, I think they are OK, I am just going to rebuild the carb and that should solve the problem? Anyone what do you think. Thanks brent
