  1. Thanks John! The rope trick is the way to go as there wasn't a belt on when I bought it. Aircon isn't often needed over here but having the option is worthwhile:) Andy.
  2. Hi ToyPeople:) As the Toyota pickup was never available in the UK with the 22R engine I'm finding it hard to get hold of a drive belt for the dash AC. If anyone has a make/reference/part number I'd be very grateful! Due to various issues Nelly has only made one short trip in the 2 years I've owned her but I'm determined to put some miles on her this year:) Thanks! Andy.
  3. Thanks John! Off to find the paint number:-) Andy.
  4. Thanks guys:-) Picked her up today and she drives very nicely. Now the big clean up and a service before taking her for her first outing:-) Any suggestions for a paint that matches the original Dolphin 'slightly off white'? Andy & Nellie.
  5. Nellie's a real charmer. A toast to you're amazing find.

  8. Hi guys, just bought a 1984 Dolphin 700, 2366 petrol engine and 4 speed manual transmission. It has 32k on the clock and is in pretty good condition inside and out. I collect her tomorrow and will post pics if anyone is interested. Not many of these here in the UK but it gives a level of comfort not matched by British campers of the same vintage together with a base vehicle that's easy to maintain with great parts availability. I expect I'll be picking your brains over the next few weeks so be gentle! :-) Regards, Andy.
