Type in factory service manual in the search box. You'll come up with a bunch, some still good, some defunked.

You guys got to start learning how to use the search function. Us old farts could drop dead anytime and then who ya gonna ask

Your not locked into that weight. Truth is your rear axle in good condition can handle much more. Somewhere on this site John found evidence that the Toyota 8 inch axle could handle up to 4000 lbs but I can't find his post. If you want to do some off road driving with a single wheel in the back you could upgrade to 15 inch wheels all around. 2wd Tacomas had 5 lug 15 inch wheels. Maybe junk yard? Little more clearance and also more stability. When you're ready I can find you the tires.

The foolie is not rated to any weight. It can fail on a regular truck. Less pressure in the outer wheel helps but a bumpy road can put the stress right back on the bearings.
A single wheel will be fine for you. Wider will give more stability but I recommend adding a stabilizer bar too. Also recommend you get the axle serviced with new bearings to make sure your not already driving on damaged ones

If you watch the video of dismantling it you can see that a battery screw driver will not give you the correct access to all the hidden bolts and screws. Smaller rachet with multiple extensions seems to be what he uses and even those are a difficult reach for some of them. I certainly wouldn't want to have to do this job. Is your core leaking or just clogged.

Stupid expensive. I'd offer way less. On the other hand the nissan tank is brand new. Too wet here for me to get exact measurements.

That was 3 different links. I'm sure someone would have answered.
Just checked. All 3 places answered the phone. You must have dialed wrong

Might be old listings. You must call first. Don't forget to ask about wheels.
You'll need those too. At least 4 Toyota dually wheels

Or maybe used? This one looks like it would clean up nicely. Same tank as yours and not far from you

Do you have a little more room for a tank. Little bit longer? If so consider this tank. Same tank that's in my Nissan Sunrader, 21.5 gallons and solid Nissan quality.

Your tank is in the rear. Not a Toyota fuel tank or anyone I've ever seen. What are the dimensions.

We need to go back to your removing Sunrader bathroom thread. Please post some pics of this riveted thing there.

I can't move just these posts

Black tank seal. Lip inserts to tank and pipe from toilet just pushes into place. Most replace it by dropping the black tank

I used a piece of wood with 2 bolts through it to fit into the holes.
Nothing has fallen apart yet

Don't know what those rivets look like. Just searching what others have done in the past. Most have just cut that flange off but at least a couple said they unscrewed theirs. This is a good pic of one from a 1980 Sunrader. Does it look like yours?
Also I emailed Toyoguy and asked if he could jump in and let us know how he got his out. We'll see what he says

That ring is the closet flange. Try unscrewing it. Some lubricant and a little heat might help

You actually don't have to remove the blower but that's the only thing you can leave. The entire freaking dash needs to come out.

I don't think you have to make any changes. AC and heater are just hooked up to the same blower. Your inside switch that turns the AC on is what determines where the air coming through that blower comes from.

Mine doesn't have a window so I didn't even think of that

Toyoguy removed his bathroom to replace his floor tnen put it back. You can look him up and message him.
First order of course is removing all the plumbing connections. Toilet threshold, shower drain and sink pipes.
Pretty sure after those are out you will get a better idea of what else might be holding it.
No brackets or feet except for the leveling pieces I see at the front. Metal yardstick slipped underneath will help you find possible attachments

You're going to need an 83 bumper too. Lots of RVs have been built on a truck a year earlier than the coach. A pain but not that uncommon.

First 2 have been taken from the Toyota camper IO group. You will probably have to join to see them,

Have no newer Sunrader manual but you can see it doesn't have much info anyway.
This person has been selling these CD's for years. Some people have been happy with them. Surorised they haven't upgraded to digital. Who has a CD anymore.

You're talking about running the tires at max pressure. None of us do that, but when needed we have the capacity to blow them up if needed. If you're ride is really harsh you need to look at the suspension. Even so, it's never going to drive like a Cadillac.
Can't really see much of that car but looks like a Mazda rx7 to me

Interesting 4x4

I'm very familiar with the Coachmen Caper. They are sweet little rigs. That engine was also used on big vehicles like dump trucks and has lots of torque for off roading. Sweet restoration. This is a 4x4 upgrade but there was also another vehicle in the same timeline called a Creiger. Same size and platform and 4x4 from the factory. Plus an all fiberglass body.
