Not complicated. Remove the pan, remove the filter and put in new filter and gaskets including new pan gasket. Do not overtighten pan bolts.

Please stay away from the Sikaflex. The weatherstrip seals just fine if you fit it in tightly. You saw that video of windows getting installed. Notice how he cuts it too long and forces it into the slot. If you must a tiny beard of regular silicone around the outside edge. You're doing too much nice work to have an ugly gunky mess on your windows.

Yes the newer locking weatherstrip is narrower than the original. Still it has been used by dozens of Sunrader owners with no problems. I myself have done at least 5. As for your thinner cut out opening I suspect it has something to do with your sanding the backside of the fiberglass. Don't understand why you felt you needed to do that. Thickening the cutout shouldn't be that hard. Add some of this to the inside of the cutout where needed. I would cut it down to 1/2 inch width though. No need for it to be wider.
It also comes in 1/16 thick. I think that might be a better fit

Radio is run off of truck battery. If left on long enough it will run it down. Shore power doesn't charge truck battery. Phone with Bluetooth speakers works great for music and you can recharge phone from coach battery 12 volt outlet

Don't do it. No solids in the grey tank.

I use a full sized feather bed. Full size should be the right fit. I have a high thread count duvet I made from sheets that I put it in. No other sheets needed and when I want to change the sheets I can just flip it over. Trying to get any other sheets on these overheads is impossible and hard to reach.

What happened to the old ones. It's way cheaper to repair an old one than have a new one custom made. I do see these RV's parted out from time to time but very rarely.

I don't think anyone has a complete kit but you can find all the parts here.
List was put together by another member here. You can also search for part numbers here.

Bullshit. It's not rocket science.

Dining and bathroom windows are conventional and sealed with butyl tape. Wraparound windows are sealed with locking weatherstripping like this
You need the lock strip to go with the 2 piece but there is also a 1 piece . 1/4 by 1/8 is the correct size

Bearing lock nut. 78 bucks from Toyota

If your tank is permanently mounted it means it's an ASME tank. They are very strong tanks. Some surface rust isn't going to affect the use. You need to get under there and thoroughly inspect it for possible serious rust issues. If all looks good you can sand it and repaint it. They do not need recertification but propane fill places are more inclined to refill a tank that looks good. Many of our tanks are that old and work fine. This is a Toyota motorhome site but most of the camper stuff applies to any RV. Please check that all the appliances, refrigerator, furnace, air conditioner all work before you buy. Appliances are very expensive.

Industrial sewing machines are mucho money. BUT,old treadle ones can be found pretty cheap. They will sew through anything. I still have my gramma's. Made in 1880's. Have used it on leather, tent grade canvas and replaced rear window in a convertible a few times

That trim piece above the window looks too close to the edge. You must be able to slide the slot of your trim-lok all the way in.

I wasn't questioning your weight. Akwcanoe was the weight I thought sounded wrong. He posted a few years back his rig weighed 4400lbs. A full float axle is heavier but maybe a few hundred pounds, not 1400

That weight seems way off. My all stock 18 ft Sunrader with roof ac, on board generator and fully stocked for camping weighed in at 5260.

Plexiglass bends with less inside cracks and deformation if heated from both sides. Aim another heat gun to run inside the pipe. Even if you get the bend to match the original exactly using the old window on top as a guide will always give you a smaller length to the new one. Add an extra quarter inch to the length on each of the long sides and adjust from there.
What window seal did you buy. Windshield sealant seems extreme and messy. Mistakes can't be fixed. RV windows are usually bedded in butyl tape. Easy to clean up and lasts for many years. My 86 Sunrader still doesn't leak and it's just the rubber original seal. Put in properly they are pretty fool proof

This shows him completely rebuilding a Dolphin door. Yours is probably not much different. Might have to join this group to see the pics

No new ones anywhere on the planet. I checked the whole site and I see many posts about cleaning them and a few about having a machine shop rebuild them.
Have you taken yours off and cleaned it thoroughly?
Here's the other part you asked about.
Here's the part number but it's been discontinued too

Looks like it needs quite a bit of work. Check this site.

So sorry this happened but after all your work glad you got it back. Ignition lock cylinders for your truck are readily available and not expensive but I think installing them can be hard. I would check for YouTube videos about it to see how difficult it is. Example of the switch.

How do I fill my propane tank
in Coach ApplianceTech Issues

Your tank is a horizontal DOT tank and must be removed from the camper and filled in the upright position. Disconnect the regulator and that is where it is filled. Just like a barbeque tank at that point.
