Yes. Just put on after everything else.

I re-lighted my rear, moving backup lights to the "poo-tube" holder using stock "trailer" light brackets. Re-wiring the rear to 2 stop/tail + 1 turn (per side) ending up with 4 stop/brake and 4 backup lights
