Did I mention the fiberglas bathroom doorway was poorly cut?  Holy cow, it's got almost a 1" wander in the side toward the sink, while the other side is fine.  Almost like he cut half the doorway, then polished off a 6 pack during lunch and came back to finish it.  

I just finished cutting out the panel.  Next is smooth it out a bit, then make it into an epoxy laminate against the bathroom unit by clamping them together all the way around the doorway.  After that, I'm going to fabricate an aluminum surround for a door frame. This part is so big, I have to bow it to get it in and out the Sunrader doorway. 

Welcome to the club.  I've always like the quad headlight models - looks like you've got a project on your hands.  If you're redoing the interior, check out my thread in the  "DIY section" for tips.  Something happened to your two identical threads - maybe the moderators can help you, but they are identical and neither has a picture of your project.  Cheers.
