RIP Linda, you'll certainly be missed. 

Our moderator Linda’s passing was in September after her illness accelerated somewhat suddenly.  Her absence of the last few weeks on this forum led me to track down a phone number for her daughter who was the source of this news.  She commented that, for Linda, following “her groups” online was a great source of pleasure for her.  For me, I am sad to hear she has left us, because having known Linda for over 20 years, we had a unique connection and mutual respect regarding our love of Toyota RVs.  Her wisdom will be missed.

I'm going to guess that there were a couple hundred Chinook Newport /Omegas.  That's only an educated guess based on the frequency of how often these have come up for sale in the past forty years since I bought my first Toyota RV and have been watching Toyota RVs for sale.  There are other models that are more rare.  Overall it appears there were perhaps 50-60,000 Toyota RVs produced between 1974 and 1994.
