Dorothy & Alan
We have a 1990 Seabreeze 21' V6 automatic with back dining table. We would like to put an awning on it. When we stop by Camping World to see about one, they told us the only thing we could put on was the kind they put on tent trailers because of our door being so close to the edge which left no place to puta bracket on that side. I see some of your pictures with an awning on your rigs --- so suggestions as to where to find one? We live in Vancouver Washington. Thanks, Dorothy & Alan
Shoprat
Howdy Dorothy and Alan Would there be any chance that you could put a shorter awning on your rig and avoid the door altogether? Go from the back of the rig forward to the opening side of the door? This is what we have. We have the roll up style with no permanent brackets. Takes some time to put up, but it keeps the sun off. Dorothy & Alan
That is what Camping World suggested, but I saw the other type on pictures posted with a door like ours, so thought maybe we were asking the wrong people or the wrong questions! thepager5
Hey guys, Here is how mine is mounted on an 86 Dolphin. I also have a very tight area to mount to. The door does not open all the way out, but can when the bottom of the awning is released and tent staked. Pager
Dorothy & Alan
Looks good. Where did you get it???
thepager5
Hay there Dorothy & Alan, My awning came on it when I bought it. I think it might be from the 80's though. Hereare some pics of the bracket/braces and fully extended. It's @ 12' long. The original tag is on it and it says Coleman Faulkner company. Hope this is usable info. Dorothy & Alan
thanks for the pictures! I think we will check with a couple RV places around and see what we can find. If not here in town there must be something in Portland, OR that can help! Dorothy & Alan
