Pete1122
This may sound stupid but I never realized that I had seat covers in my Toyota RV. I have been shopping for new seats and even took out my old ones, I then noticed the seat covers, once I removed them I now have brand new seats! Derek up North
Now that the covers are off, throw them in the washing machine. They might come up looking like new and you might want to reinstall them once you burn you legs on the vinyl. I'm guessing that's why the covers were installed in the first place. Bob C
I had those same wonderful vinyl seats in my 82 Toyota pickup, that is until I put terrycloth covers over them. They were terrible when the sun hit them. I also hated that my back side stuck to the vinyl seats when I got sweaty.
toyohome
How about those modern day convertibles with black vinyl interiors? They give new meaning to the term 'heated seats'! Let it sit in the sun for awhile with the top down. Brilliant design!
