It looks like the Continental Vanco 2s might (theoretically) provide a winning combination for 4x4 owners who install the 1-Ton rear axle with 14" wheels.

185R14 ---> 808tpm.

195/70R15 ---> 808tpm.

So no 'wind up'. Unfortunately not a very aggressive looking tread pattern for serious off-roading.

Was doing a little digging and discovered that there's also a 185R14 VancoWinter 2 available. Possibly only available in Canada.

Another Winter/Snow tire is the Nokian CS and C2, but in 195R14.
