Briefly, (1) ID frig model # (listed above; (2) ID frig serial # (affected #;s listed on site), (3) ID cooling unit serial # (also listed on site). Or call 1-800-767-9101 for norcold product Recall Info Haven't checked mine yet cause I am locked out but it is off, Thank God!
