Hello all,

Greetings from Reno NV. I am new to this forum and thought "this is the place" to ask about Toyota Motorhomes.

First off I have always wanted to but a Toyota Motorhome but could not afford to buy one. I have two children ages 6 and 11 that I want to not only take camping but to also do a little traviling to see some of this wonderful country. I have seen many diffrent Toyota Motorhomes but do not know what to look for in one. Any and all help in what to look out for and any recommendations are very welcome.

Nice to meet you , Yes I've noticed. I just don't know what to look for in one. I have a Chevy truck with an old sixpack truck camper now, but want a smaller rv like a Toyota motorhome. I had no idea that there were so many different manufactures of Toyota powered motorhomes.

Goto the files section, scroll down and Yahoo index. In there you will find a file named "Classic RV buyRV.txt"

nice checklist on what to look for.

Probably the main item that should be a go/nogo item would be the rear axle. it needs to be a floating type.
