johnniea Posted October 13, 2006 Share Posted October 13, 2006 Hey all, Well, I finally got my hands on the 1-ton, full-floater replacement for my rig! It cost me $400 from a salvage yard, but they shipped it to my local salvage yard (70+ miles) at no extra charge. However, someone had already taken the wheels from the thing (it was one of ya'll, wasn't it?). Anyway, I am meeting with equal difficulty finding the proper rims. I may end up having to have them custon made (at about $225 a piece). Does anyone out there happen to have the measurement specs on the proper wheels? I am guessing that these are "true" duallies and not the bolted-together pieces of you-know-what that they originally put on the 1/2 ton axle. Any help would be great.
