perry mason
Hello, I have an '84 sunrader. The 18 foot layout. Why would I be showing Negative charging voltage from my inverter? There are two house batteries, one at the rear next to the converter and one in the engine compartment, drivers side. Two AWG10 wires, one green, one red come from the Inverter at the back of the rig to the engine compartment. I think these are to charge the forward house battery from the 30amp AC hook up. I plug in an extension cord from the house to the RV. I can read charging voltage on the red wire but Negative charging voltage on the green one. The only pdf I could find on this only shows a red wire going through a 30 breaker in the engine compartment, no green wire. It's definitely a factory wire, not an add on. Anyone else seen this? Thanks, pm.
