Howdy Bigneu...

If your Dlphin is like my Rader underneath, the spare tire is mounted beneath the rear of the rig behind the rear axle.

The spare is on a cable that goes to a little winch mounted above the spare. You get to the winch by coming in the backside above the spare tire with one of the jack extensions, going into a socket on the winch . This sounds easy, but usually the MH manufacturer mounted the MH's rear bumper in line with the space needed to get to the winch operating socket. You may be able to use a 1/4 inch extension with a screw driver blade and a 1/4 inch rachet to reach into the winch socket and crank the spare down.
