thepager5 Posted May 17, 2008 Share Posted May 17, 2008 Hey there Everyone, A while back I posted a thread stating I needed help locating a lens cover for my assist bar light on the outside of my 86 Dolphin. NO LUCK finding one. Lots of you also have contacted me asking if I find one to notify you. I CAN'T LOCATE THAT THREAD! SO, here is how I finally fixed this issue with the lens cover replacement. This cover is double the current assist bar size avaible in the catalogs. I searched out a specific size and cover . . . Progressive Dynamic Lights Part# PD 307 (works on 770 series 2 Aurora lights) I had to make two cuts with a razorblade and the lens is about 3/16" too wide, but, look at the photos posted below and you will see that this is about as good as you will get for making somthing fit thats not supposed to.
