Hi all! We just finished a fantastic trip down the Oregon coast. Our starting point Shelton, Washington and we ended in Florence, Oregon. Fantastic weather! No crowds! Here are the highlights and pictures. 14 April - Entered Oregon going across the Astoria Bridge. Ran into another Toy home here. I flashed my lights and they flashed back. Thought I saw a fist pump from the driver, cool! ;-) We stopped to see the Lewis and Clark fort at Fort Clatsop. We then made our way down to Canon Beach. We camped at Nehalem Bay State Park. We then took the 40-mile 101 inlland route (Three Capes Loop) to Cape Meares to see the lighthouse. This road here is pretty rough so we took it easy even with cars and logging trucks on our tail. We ended up camping at Cape Lookout State Park. Tillamook Chese Cape Meares Lighthouse Cape Lookout Beach 16 April - We ended our Three Capes Loop route at Bob Straub State Park. Beautiful!
