So good to hear it was recovered. I'm sure they took everything of value, but at least he got his ToyHome back!

Yeah, getting a stolen vehicle into Mexico is a breeze. Part of my job is recovering stolen vehicles that end up down there. The problem has not gone away.
I recommend a kill switch that's well hidden.

Thanks Totem. I appreciate your time!

digging up an old post here - but need some clarification.
I am assuming that you'd need to get under the RV and put the Slime direct into the bag, and not through the tubing at the inflation point on the side of the RV?
Thanks in advance...

In case anyone is in San Diego and looking for a cabover bunk cushion. I am giving it away. I have to move from my house, and have to do it quick.

I found bondo all over mine. Get it all off. Take the time to do it right. You'll be thankful you did.

Water will follow the path of least resistance. Unfortunately, that leak could originate at any point on the roof and work it's way to the escape vent. I would check everything that needs to be sealed near that leaking vent and work your way out from there. Hopefully someone else has a easier idea than mine?

Is it possible that they are a part of the plumbing? The low-point drains in mine look like what you're describing. I don't have a photo right now, but here is what they look like - the white valve that the person in the photo is handling...

Ahhh....the madness of figuring out the prior owner's wiring mess. Some of the stuff I've found in my Toyota baffles me.
-
mine was hanging loose inside the same door as the shore power cord.

ooohhhh. You have a Tri Metric. That's on my wish list. Nice.

I can't stop looking at that. I am really impressed. Very nice job. I have striping envy.
-
Awesome. Thanks for the info. I am busy on the interior of mine, but once I'm done I'll be cleaning up the outside - striping is a priority.

Is this the correct one?

That looks fantastic! Where did you get the materials? That looks like another project for me.

I have run a lot of wires. I have run them everywhere. Each has been a major pain in the neck. I was lucky in that I was replacing roof vents, so I had access under the metal roof for some audio and to tap into some existing 12v wires. I also had to open up a lot of walls and cabinets to hide them properly. I HATE loose wiring.
Improvise, adapt, and overcome.

I love this site. It's a wealth of knowledge and I enjoy my Toyota Motorhome porn pictures. That's right. I get more excited looking at the photos of your work than I do of naked ladies. Does that make me strange? Maybe. Do I care? Nope!
I appreciate all of the info I've found here and all of the discussions. I regularly check the unread content and lurk in the shadows learning about my motorhome and acting on my voyeuristic impulses.
I also can't wait until I get my rig in working order and am able to attend a rally somewhere to meet some of you.
Happy Toyotaing!

Welcome aboard.

Sounds awesome!! You must post photos for the voyeurs out here!!

Gotcha. Thanks.

Renogy sells both + and - ground systems. For safety sakes and equipment lifespan you should be using a - ground system on your RV
Hey WME:
Can you expand on the + and - ground systems? What exactly does that mean, and do you have any links to point to the proper way to wire the system?
I have nearly the same setup as the OP (same panels, same battery but I have two), but I have a MPPT Tracer2210RN Solar Charge Controller instead of the OP's Wanderer charge controller.
Thanks for any input.
