  1. You're absolutely right! I don't have those symptoms but why chance on a brake failure? Brake hoses are on my to do list before our first trip with our newly acquired '89 dolphin. I'm in the process of replacing the tail housing bushing, u-joints, drive shaft center support and air bags (rear springs). I was planning on replacing the brake fluid anyway. Just a little more time for more safety. Thanks for the reminder, Jim
  2. It kinda' helps. I have a 4 cylinder and the actuator is mounted on the left inner fender. I'm not sure if the unit is the same for both the 6 cylinder and the 4 cylinder? Thank you for taking the time to take the pictures. I will narrow down my e-bay search.
  3. Thank you. I'm not sure if I will use it (the CC) very much either. I've always thought small motors and cruise control don't work well for the reason you state. Because my Dolphin is so very original and in great shape for it's age, I'd like to bring it back to as original as possible with out going "crazy". Jim
  4. I checked Waiters pictures and his airbags appear to be the same as I have. I'll get in touch with 3 T's. Thank you very much Jim
  5. Hello all again, My 2nd post asking for help. Hopefully I can contribute soon! My Dolphin arrived without the CC actuator and the cover for it and maybe some other parts that I'm not aware of. I've tried to find an actuator on E-bay but there seems to be several different types. Would anyone have a picture of the correct actuator to post here? And, also look at the attached picture and advise me of any other parts missing. Again, any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Jim
  6. Hello all, I've recently acquired a 1988 Dolphin that is 99.5% original and in very good condition. I've been reading many of the posts here and have answered a lot of my questions but I need help with identifying which airbags I have. I'd like to replace just the bags if possible instead of buying a new "kit". I'm attaching a picture. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. Jim
