Well I've got a newbie question. How do I measure the length of my camper ? It's an 85 Escaper. The length of the coach body is between 17 and 18 ft ; overall bumper to bumper is about 20' 7" . I assume this means it's a 21 footer , but wanted to verify that's correct. Also, been having a hard time trying to locate a FF axle to replace my " death axle". Anyone know where I can find one in or near VA ? Thanks, Shannon

jdemaris, I'm curious about the u-haul dually box truck axles. I was just given an 85 escaper thats in pretty good shape, except for the "death axle" . haven't had any luck finding a 1 ton toyota axle locally. I did a CL search for old u-hauls but all seemed to be fords. did toyota make u-hauls as well ? or are you referring to the ford axle ? thanks
