  1. You have some interesting stuff going on there only one breakers is wired and a wire nutted bundle. All black wires are either line or load. Campers use 2 15 amp breakers with no AC and 1 20 amp breaker with 3 What you picture looks like to me every thing is on a 15 amp breaker, the 15 is feeding the whole works with a single wire going to the the wire nutted bunch. The lugged black wire should be the pole feed.

  2. The black #10 wire supplies the panel the one attached to the lug. The stab in is there for a 20 amp breaker (ac) I'm guessing the wire nutted black wire is the AC feed wire. Yes 20+15+15  that's why camper power pole outlets are 30 Amp they are the main breaker feeding the camper not the camper panel same with your house but a house breaker plugged in to a cheater adaptor is only a 20 amp circuit.

     

  3. If the pump is in the tank what comes out is in the 45-50 PSI + range So any filter should or will be metal. A great portion of the fuel is returned to the tank. The system is Bosch designed. A good hint is the "E", that is German for "Einspritz" as in 22R"E" So rubber line and such (plastic filters) should not be used anywhere. Return lines have very little pressure so that is not an issue it is what the engine did not use. Back in the day I taught fuel injection for Bosch my first question following problem issues "what is the fuel pressure?" Plenty of fuel was not a good answer 40PSI+ or the such was a start.

    Gas tanks are vented otherwise there would be not be fuel flow. When I push my gas powered stuff undercover come spring there usually is zero fuel in them. Two strokes aren't as bad. There really is little difference between the two ethanol is drinkable form of alcohol, while methanol is highly toxic when consumed!

  5. I have been using pump ethanol fuel since it came out never had issue one. Chain saws, backpack blowers, push lawn mowers, zero turns, weed wackers etc. I have to deal with 80 acres my stuff gets' a good workout.  Ethanol is an alcohol it evaporates when stored any way. Fuel dragsters burn pure ethanol (ethyl alcohol) there is more energy in that than gasoline!

    I just called RobertShaw technical support, the gentleman told me that the red knob valve controls only work with natural gas not propane. He referred me to the RobertShaw 110-503 which seems to be just as hard to find as the 91602 because it's discontinued. I have to believe that there is a valid replacement out there that will work as far too many people would need a valve for this application. Back to the drawing board. I will keep the community posted on my findings.

  7. How many miles do you have on the engine? if it's approaching 100K it will need a chain, tensioner and guides. That's about the life span on an RE if left alone the chain will eventually beat a hole in the case and fill the sump with coolant. A dead give away is rattling noise at idle. The head should be planed if the head gasket is leaking. Don't mean to scare you but in the day I have done 60 or more of the dang things. The 22r's would go until the wheels fell off because they had double roller chains.

  8. 50 amp camper outlets were designed for the big stuff. What they are is two 25 amp circuits both are standard 120 volt outlets that is why the have 4 pins it just gives them more amps to run things like 2 AC's so it's really no magic and adapters are available to plug your 3 pin plug into the 50 amp outlets. Usually they is a 30 and a 50 on the same post.

  9. My head is spinning, the voltage sense is at the alt (or at least  one with out and external regulator) . It relies on the voltage if it's high the field current is reduced doing so reduces the current output. High voltage reduces the field current. What am I missing here? This is a AC generator it relies on the diodes to rectify the AC to usable DC.
