runaround

Thanks, we will use the camp sites sometimes but I want to be able to "dry dock" for a couple of days also. We just called the place that's selling our Toy and it doesn't sound like they've done much to it yet, including the air conditioner. My husband got the impression that they want us to come down and pay for it before they fix it (we put down a small deposit which they've cashed). Is this normal? I'm starting to feel really uneasy about this purchase.

Why would they remove them brand new? Is a window unit better?

Hi, another newbie Toy owner here, at least we will be later on this week. I have a question I was wondering if ya'll could help us with? We are getting a 1986 (title says 1987) Toyota Gulfstream 4 cyl., 18' long, but it needs a new air conditioner. Does anyone have any idea what they cost or can be found at?
