Our 85 Dolphin had a bad door. We took it off, carfully disaassembled it. The aluminum framing, window, latch ect were all good. We replaced rotted cross members as needed and added styrofoam to the areas possible. We went to Home depot and puchased tectured fiberglass wall board, like you would use in a bathroom. Used the old skins as a template, jig saw cut out new panels. Riveted new panels to the inside and outside of aluminum perimeter frame, reinstalled window and hardware. Good as new, maybe better. Looks completly factory and has held up for 10 years. Also used the same material to reconstruct an outside storage door. Less than $100.
