  1. We must have hit a bump, the holding tank started leaking. Then we saw there was an old patch on it. Tried to repatch and gave up and a mobile rv service came and removed it for us - that was a major hastle. Now they are asking US where to order a new one from. I don't know the size, it might be 20 x 26 x 11 (written on it). I don't know how many gallons it holds. Any suggestions on the specs and where to get one? What is the deal, I love our rv, but there is ALWAYS SOMETHING!
  2. Well, our table has a single post and the seats have nothing like the aluminum strips, oh well. Thanks!
  3. It seems like the rear table area should somehow fold out into a bed, but I don't see how to do it...There are cushions around the table, windows all around, but nothing seems like it would connect everything into a platform. Thanks!
  4. It might be behind the nagahyde covering.....has anyone taken apart a 86 Escaper cab on the driver's side?
  5. It was a tiny space between the bed platform and the inside wall to the bathroom. Fell way down inside, and this area is beyond the driver's door, into the side of the rv that sticks out beyond the side of the truck body.
  6. We have an '86 Escaper and managed to drop both of our kindles into a tiny opening by the head of our bed. They fell way down into the area to the side of the driver's seat and we can't get them out! So, watch out for that and any suggestions are welcome.
  7. I need at least one new rear plastic fender skirt which appear to be the same on most all toyota rv's. They just screw on above the tires. Anyone know where to get these?
  8. Here is picture flex hose is going straight down from undercarriage - it had a screen on it before I added a hose to it. I will cap this off if it is just for winterizing.
  9. fresh water comes out of a hose when I stop and go.Can I seal this hose so I don't lose my water - it has a screen over it but no seal. MORE INFO: It is a hose about 1" diameter facing down underneath the rig, below where the fresh water goes in. SInce it had a screen I am guessing it may be a vent hose.I can't see anything else since the undercarriage is foamed and tarred. I am thinking I can connect a hose to it and add a trap-like circle to slow it from pouring out so fast but I better not seal it shut? I have a 1986 Escaper.
