Cobra Industries, Inc. was founded by Peter Liegl and others in 1985 and became one of the 5 largest RV makers in the US. It went bankrupt in 1995. Peter Liegl started Forest River (http://www.forestriverinc.com/) in 1995, which acquired much of the assets of Cobra but none of the liabilities.
