HELLO! Thank you so much for your reply! We bought our Cobra Daytona locally a few years ago, and took it to Newfoundland last summer. It was amazing and we love it!We had no idea that there was a cult following of these Rv.s, but we were chased in Nova Scotia by someone offering to buy it on the spot! We were tempted as we were tired after 2 hurricanes and 6 weeks on the road wi...

Cobra Industries, Inc. was founded by Peter Liegl and others in 1985 and became one of the 5 largest RV makers in the US. It went bankrupt in 1995. Peter Liegl started Forest River (http://www.forestriverinc.com/) in 1995, which acquired much of the assets of Cobra but none of the liabilities. There is some chance Forest River can help you with documents and questions about obra. Good luck!

I find that Cobra made 2 models of Daytona - the M-21L and M-21D and both were made in 1992, 1993 and 1994 model years. Here is a current listing for a 1992 Daytona in Portland, Maine - you might contact the owners and see what information they have.

NADA has an entry for the 1992 Daytona made by Dobra - model M-21L. They say it was not made after 1994 - which would be true, because that was the last year any manufacturer made a Toyota motorhome in the US.
BTW, I see you are in Alberta - we're going through part of Alberta next week on the way to the Toy-In in Nanaimo - you ought to bring your Toy to Nanaimo so we can look at it!

I thought there were only 2 manufacturers of Toyota motorhomes left by 1992 - National RV (Dolphin and SeaBreeze) and Winnebago (Winnebago and Itasca). Your question got me curious and I found an expired Craigslist ad for a 1992 Daytona in Seattle a couple months ago. Is that the one you bought? In researching this online, I reference I have found is to 1992 models - maybe the only year made?
