Negative. Nothing works when not on shore power when driving or not driving

having some issues with my 86 odyssey. My lights, fan, and outlets work when connected to shore power. The battery has over a 12v charge when tested. The system does not click or switch over to the battery when it isn’t running. The control panel and the 12v fridge never work even when plugged into shore power. There is no power when I check the fridge. Breakers and fuses in the box look fine to me. What am I missing? Thanks.
