My engine is using oil to the tune of about a quart per thousand miles, but it doesn't smoke. I have looked at the plugs and they are clean, no oil fouling at all. There is no sign of oil in the coolant system and there is no puddle in my driveway or oil slick along the undercarriage. Where does it go? Is it possible that my Toyota has found a way to overcome the law of conservation? I mean I am all about a Toyota and think they are great vehicles but being able to alter one of the basic laws of physics! Does that increase my resale value?
