I carefully used a razor blade with some finesse to remove the pinstrips. A heat gun might work better but I was already in the groove. It found it easies to remove the top strip, then the bottom strip, then the middle. -

I am not sure how to fix this with out replacing it. It's a plastic window so I don't want to try a razor blade. -

This seal with covered in mold. We used soft scrub and a brush and 95% of is came off. -
