We are looking at a 1987 Western (never seen any of these advertised for sale or on the road - anyone familiar with these?) and it looks good except the floor is spongy. It is spongy all over but especially where you walk into the rear bathroom. Does this mean the floor under the vinyl is rotten or could it be something else? Shall we pass it by or is it fixable? Thanks for your help - we are very keen to become Toyota Motorhome owners!
