    A quick fix is to use a lithium spray or a product called Rustcheck. You can get them at an auto parts store.

    The manual that I have shows for a 1975-77 20R. Cylinder head bolts (52.1-63.7) Ft.Lbs. 1978 20R (52-64)Ft.Lbs. Hope the info helps.
