I purchased a 1984 Toyota Dolphin. My question is why is there water coming out of what looks to be the combustion chamber of my hot water when I hooked up my water to shore? I am thinking that the previous owner may have let water freeze in it.

So 1983? Would I have the DMV change it on the new title?

In need of clarification. I purchased a 1983 Toyota Dolphin. However, the title says 1984 but the inside of the door states "chassis built Dec 1983". So which is it?
