Is yours a two wire or a four wire.

I just scrapped a 1993 T100. It had a 4 wire o2 sensor so I saved it as my understanding of o2 sensors is that the difference between a 2 wire and a 4 wire is that the 4 wire has a a heater.

Except for the extra wires it is no different looking than the o2 sensor on my 1988 with the 22re. Same bolt pattern.

I saved it out of interest in exactly what it does.

I sold the convertor from the T100 for 180 bucks.

    Why are you asking Jed?

My engine light came on the other day, I'm going to see what code come up this weekend. I'm thinking the sensor maybe an option

Is there wood frame going fore-and-aft along this roofline, so wherever I'm trying to screw the rail just below the roof trim, going into framing wood?  That's be fine - screws every few inches in the rail make it plenty secure.  Thoughts & recommendations, anyone?

Your right on, screw the rail just below the roof line and you'll hit solid wood.

OK so here the lowdown. Your shell has already been off the original chassis at some time. It didn't come on that truck. Look at how the rear wheels aren't centered in the wheel wells. Also Sunrader never made a 4x4 in 1980.

This started life out as a 2wd and someone along the way converted it into a 4x4 with 8 lug axles, what does the rear end look like?

Yea, it's definitely a low spot.  Clearance is not her strong suit.  Like 5 3/4".    Might ultimately be why I have micro cracks. One too many dings?

I would make some sort of tin shield, kinda thin, just to deflect road debris.

  5. You my friend have a mountain of a task in front of you, but a wicked cool starting point! For that project first I'd see what it takes to take the camper off to replace the flooring, if you don't have to then get to the flooring and work your way up, making sure the thing is water tight first. In my mind the engine, running gear ie truck part of the camper is the easy part. You will end up with an amazing rig, best of luck
