He's been very patient traveling around in the Chinook. He's 8, and probably wouldn't be so understanding if he was younger. Border Collie. But they need something to do and so he keeps me from driving too much. We spend days not going anywhere, and even when we are on the move, we stop and hike a lot.

I have two Border Collies, all energy. Rescued from a "Puppy Mill" about eight years ago. From different litters, not related. They were almost 2 when I got them. Long story but they are best friends and have had a great time since I got them. The male is skiddish but warms up after a while. Very smart dogs!

Yes, a lot of energy, a lot of intelligence. They sound like good dogs!
