By the way disregard the K&N sticker on the alr cleaner. In my research it's not a good idea to have an oil coated filter in front of a throttle body. If you get oil on the air flow meter your in big trouble. That sticker was on the air box of my doner truck. The factory fan worked ok it was just very noisy. The Ford fan pulls 3000 cfm. It has 2 speeds. The second speed comes on anytime the AC is on. I can now talk to my wife in the cab with out yelling while going down the road. No fan noise!

I have several trips on this setup now but no 90 plus outside temp trips. Hope to get a hot summer trip in. I also pull a trailer with mc on it on short trips.

Thank you Doug.  I have been living in it with no home base for 2 years.  Luckily I have good friends everywhere I go, who help me.  I also have to rely on mobile mechanics sometimes.  I will investigate to see where the second battery is located.  I love Coeur d'Alene!  Maybe we will be in the same area sometime.
